Important Deadlines & Forms
Ensuring the health and safety of all participants at our event is of utmost importance to us. Therefore, we kindly ask that you complete the Health & Safety form by August 13th, 2025, to provide us with essential information about your stand. This will help us to identify any potential hazards and ensure that the necessary precautions are taken to prevent any accidents or injuries from occurring.
In addition, completing the Health & Safety form will also help us to better understand the unique needs of your stand and make any necessary adjustments to accommodate these needs. This will help us to create a safe and enjoyable environment for all participants.
For more information about the Health & Safety form and other important deadlines, please view our Deadlines & Forms Checklist” page. We appreciate your cooperation and look forward to working with you to create a successful and safe event for all.
